During my appointment I was informed by the service provider that one vial is used for all treatments , regardless of whether the area is small, medium, or large. My question was a simple and valid one: if only one vial is used across all treatment sizes, why are there different pricing tiers? I merely suggested that pricing should be based on the vial, and if someone requires more than one, then they could pay accordingly. Rather than addressing this question, the service provider responded by misbehaving, raising her voice, and blaming Groupon for any confusion. To make matters worse, I was shouted at, disrespected, and humiliated by the merchant — an experience I never expected to have, especially while dealing with a service recommended on Groupon. This entire incident feels fraudulent — not just a failure in service, but an outright abuse of customer trust. I will not accept this dismissal, and I will not let this go unnoticed. The service provider was a woman who appeared to have no understanding of what she was talking about. The entire experience felt like a scam. When I questioned the poor hygiene and foul smell of the place, I was told, “You’re only here for 30 minutes, not your whole life.” This response was completely unacceptable. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. It is absolutely not worth spending your money here. The service was unprofessional, unhygienic, and showed a complete lack of respect for customer service.
