I was pleasantly welcomed and found the Salon to be nicely appointed. My masseuse Paul was polite friendly, professional and I received a first class massage. Always nice to be given a bottle of water to. The Salon is conveniently situated in the town centre and the massage room was relaxing warm and comfortable.

They messed up my appointment I said on the phone I wanted Sunday 18th may I got there after traveling 1.5 hours. They were shut!! So i didn't get to use it. I am currently waiting for my refund. Total travel time that day was 3.5 hours to get to Bolton from Rochdale. They said it was human error. And that the boss booked it for July 18th which is on a Friday. I work Fridays and made sure it was booked on Sunday 18th on the phone. Then she accused me on the phone after, for not realising the mistake in confirmation message. Well guess what! I didn't even get a confirmation message. The service was so rude. She said we refunded you, what do you expect now the service was half price!!! This is so rude. I'm waiting for the boss to call me back. Complete waste of time and rudeness. Do not go there if you don't want them to blame you for their bad service. I am only free on Sunday because I work Monday to Friday. I said Sunday 18th may. They booked me for Friday 18th July and blamed it on their system and human error.
