Customer brought 2 x vouchers for the same service. We carried out 1 x treatment with good results. As per the terms we refunded 1 x voucher. The customer stated if we did not refund both vouchers even though he had received 1 x treatment he was going to write a bad review. Unfortunately we cannot be blackmailed into theft of services so we have had to accept this untrue review.
