lady redeemed my voucher days before appointment which is not support to be done - i arrived place was not like a salon id been to before , she wasn't in uniform didnt tell me her name and place was odd set up and didnt feel it was hygienic so i made excuse and left she would not refund my money and lied said she started treatment that's so not true so she a liar as well !!

Groupon's cancellation policy for beauty treatments requires you to check the specific "Fine Print" on your voucher for details, as it varies by merchant, but generally includes a required notice period (e.g., 24 or 48 hours) for cancellation and potential fees for missed appointments or late cancellations. Because you cancelled during the appointment there was no way i could fill the slot unlessi had another client sat down waiting. i was just surprised when you mentioned a family incident meant you needed to leave early and i was very sympathetic you that. but when you contacted Groupon for a refund on voucher you had purchased in july but didnt mention the the family issue i began to wonder. i have checked the cctv for the time when you visited and the All staff were wearing either black or pink tunics exactly this same is this https://www.workwearexpress.com/premier-blossom-beauty-and-spa-tunic. WE have 2 treatment rooms for waxing, facials, body exfoliation and teeth whitening.
