• Can filler be placed in the wrong layer or area? Placement matters more than product. Poorly placed filler can migrate, look puffy, distort movement or age the face prematurely. Cheaper injectors often use fast, superficial techniques that lead to long-term issues. We use deeper, anatomy-led placement for natural, safe results that age well.
• How long do results last? Typically 9-15 months depending on lifestyle, area and metabolism.
• Can I choose the area myself? Yes, but during consultation we assess what will give the safest, most natural result. Smile-line concerns often require treating the cheeks first.
• How much filler will be used? Based on your anatomy. Additional filler is chargeable if recommended.
• Can I split filler across different areas? No. Each area of the face needs a different technique and amount of time, so they're classed as separate treatments. Because of this, syringes can't be split across multiple areas. If you choose to add another area during your appointment, I can offer a reduced rate for combination treatments. 
• Does it hurt? Most clients feel mild discomfort. Numbing cream can be used where suitable.
• Can I bring someone? Appointments are solo for safety. Companions must wait in reception. No children or pets unless pre-approved.
• What if the treatment isn't suitable? We will discuss alternatives we never proceed with work that risks distortion or poor ageing outcomes, its advisable to send photos for a pre-assessment before attending the appointment.
• Can filler be dissolved? Yes, if clinically appropriate.
• Do you rush? Never. Appointments are at least 1 hour long for precision and safety.

• What filler is used? Regenovue/Revolax are used for Groupon as they offer natural, reliable results while keeping treatments affordable. They use the same HA base and BDDE cross linking as premium brands. Upgrades to Restylane or Teosyal are available.

Cheek and Jaw treatments include 2.2ml, and all other options include 1.1ml. Clients with greater volume loss may require additional product (up to 4ml - 6ml) for balanced results; any extra filler is optional and chargeable at the standard clinic rate. Results are limited if the appropriate amount of filler is not used. Directions and parking information are sent prior to appointment. It is your responsibility to arrive in the area with enough time to park, locate and arrive at the clinic for your appointment - late arrivals or missed appointments will forfeit voucher.
