Please be aware that our treatment appointments are filling up quickly, with availability typically 4–6 weeks in advance for weekends and 2–3 weeks in advance for weekdays. Please ensure you bring your swimwear and appropriate footwear such as flip-flops. We do have a very limited selection of spa flip flops which can be purchased at £4.50 a pair. Children can use the facilities Monday – Sunday between 10 am and 7 pm and during school holidays we do experience a larger number of children in the facilities. Our members have priority for classes; however, they are available to spa guests to book on arrival when spaces permit. Aqua aerobics is on Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 10.15 am in the main pool. Light Lunch is served between 12 pm-3 pm. Italian style Afternoon Tea is served between 2 pm-4 pm.
