The treatment was professional and well located. The facilities were clean.

Highly unprofessional clinic, staff and treatment. I had an appointment at 1pm yesterday and arrived 10min early as advised. No one was there to greet me. there was no sign anywhere where to go. I asked other clinics on the medical wing, no one even knew about this place. Eventually the girl showed up and she had no key to the room. Eventually she got the key and she started the treatment without any consultation or explanation of the treatment or device, which was very dodgy to begin with. I asked her on the spot "is this cool sculpting" and she said yes. This is not coolsculting! She asked me to now come back every 2 weeks to keep the treatment going, which again is neither what is recommended for body sculpting, nor for coolsculpting. I talked to other clinics who were quite alarmed about how I was treated and that I was given no consultation, nor adequate advise. I reached out multiple times today to find out which treatment she actually performed and which device she used and she refuses to give me that information. She eventually only said "cool lipo" which is not a proper term or name for any professional device. She even blocked my phone number which is utterly ridiculous, childish and unprofessional for asking safety question about what machine she used! This should be a no-brainer information you give to patients AHEAD of time, let alone when prompted! I tried to reach her via another phone and she is incredibly rude and just hangs up on me "I gave you all the information". No you didn't. AVOID!! This is fly by night beauty beauty operator who probably just bought a machine on Amazon and has no proper training or idea what she's doing. The incompetence is just astounding. Waste of money and time! RUDE, UNPROFFESSIONAL, NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT
