My appointment was at 12pm and I had to wait 42 mins to get my facial done. There was only one staff member dealing with so many customers when I reached there and then the second one joined a bit later.
The staff apologized but It has really wasted my next plans and I found it really unprofessional as I have already booked the appointment so it should have dealt on time.

I recently visited Dream hair and beauty as part of a groupon deal but I would not recommend going there and I will definitely not be visiting again. Firstly, the door was locked and when I came inside, I was not greeted at all and had to say why I was there. I was then told they no longer accept groupon bookings but would accept my voucher as it was still valid. The lady at the till also told me to not book with groupon again and book directly with the salon. The lady doing the wax kept blowing on the stick with the wax which is definitely unhygienic. I have never seen this done at other salons. Will not be coming again.
