Booked this whilst on holiday in the New Forest. Excellent value for money. Spa is small, but they limit the number of people who go in to keep it sensible. Treatments by Cath were lovely. She was very professional and friendly. The lunch was good and the lady in the bar area looked after us very well. As someone mentioned, it's tricky to get through on the phone sometimes, but persevere as it is worth it.

Haven't yet been so hopefully it's nice, but the booking experience has been very hard. They never answer their email, and rarely answer their phone. Phoning the hotel doesn't help either. If you're happy to perservere it's fine, but don't expect an easy booking experience!

Pool miniscule, hard to contact by phone, no jacuzzi, steam room not working, sauna bearly warm, shower leaks, hairdryer bearly works, but staff pleasant

Changed date to only give month to use voucher which i then did not have time so made a, day clear but then 2 days before they canceled saying no staff and im still waiting for a refund........

This is not a Spa! This is a run down hotel with a tiny pool that is full of kids! A Spa is an idyllic place for adults to go and relax. I would look for somewhere else, very disappointing.
