Nestled on the outskirts of the historic Eastham country park, The Eastham Ferry Hotel is cherished by locals and sits on a site of historical interest. Once the heart of Eastham, in the 1800's it provided leisure and comfort breaks for locals and travellers alike and featured a ball room for guests to enjoy. Whilst the Eastham Ferry Hotel felt grand in stature, it catered for many. More recently, prior to its closure 2 years ago, nearby residents created fond memories through weddings, celebrations and coming together for family moments. Our vision was clear: to restore The Eastham Ferry Hotel to its former glory, creating a timeless and elegant gastropub where elevated British cuisine is enjoyed at affordable prices. We’ve brought the function room back to life, so you can once again experience The Eastham Ferry Hotel as the true heart of our community. With a perfect blend of tradition and modern flair, we offer a Mediterranean-inspired menus alongside our classic British all-day menu. Instead of ballroom entertainment, we’ll host Greek nights, seasonal events and live music, providing the perfect setting for the community to come together and connect. Our drinks menu is designed to perfectly complement our food, featuring wines that pair beautifully with our dishes and craft ales chosen to reflect the tastes of our local community. We proudly support what our community stands for by partnering with local suppliers and smaller brewers. We extended this ethos to our contractors throughout the restoration process.
