Two Self-defence / Mixed Martial Arts classes for kids
Martial Arts is an incredible tool for developing confidence, discipline, and leadership. A child who believes in themselves and understands the positive effect they can have on the world around them is a happy child!
We are running classes for 2 age groups: TITANS (6 yo +) and TEENS (12 - 17 yo).
Classes are designed as a FUN way of learning mixed martial arts that are practical for self-defence, with lots of games incorporated. Programs include bullyproof techniques.
Two Self-defence / Martial Arts classes for adults
Adults (18+) classes are a fusion of martial arts including boxing, Thai- boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, grappling, weapon defence, and offer a practical approach to self-defence.
