Went with friends, really good show.. lots of fun and they made it extra special with it being a 40th birthday, definitely will return thank you

Great fun drags very friendly afternoon tea was awful but bar drinks made up for it

This is my second visit to funny boyz the first visit I paid £9.97 through groupon … unlimited drinks show and food … it was a really good laugh and we were catered for by a lovely events team …. I recommended this to a few friends … we decided to go on Saturday … paying extra for the VIP experience as below … VIP seating 4 cocktails shots food etc as below …. What we got was a wrist band ( they wrote ViP on it ) We showed our ticket to the guys behind the bar and chose our cocktail … cheeky vimto … they had no blue wicked so the concoction they made was with vodka ice food colouring and I missed the other mixer … We waited to be seated only to be told “ your all VIP in here 😂😂 Sat at the seats ( anywhere ) and waited patiently for our food …. No food arrived so we asked one of the bar tenders over .. who sent the manager over .. checked my ticket and booking and told me they don’t offer that experience and I must have booked Liverpool … which you can see my booking I didn’t … he said he’d knock us up some sandwiches which never arrived … Watched the show … used the toilets once had they had problems… when I say problems I had to turn up my jeans as there was water all over the floor .. ( flooded ) The next bit ( I’m laughing when I’m writing this as we thought it couldn’t get any worse ) We went to the bar and asked for another cocktail … ) we had had only one at this point ) which as I said above .. cheeky no blue wicked vimto 20 minutes later no cocktail .. we approached the bar as you can imagine peevvved off with this … the bar manager and the bar staff .. just blatenly lied to us .. said we had had the cocktail … then admitted they had give it to someone else we didn’t dare ask for our sandwiches we had been waiting for …. Spoke to the bar manager give him some feedback .. due to the experience and the last concoction we drank .. I said can we have 3 vodkas and a shot … which he did give us … we then left … I’m giving feedback as this was an utter shambles … if Middlesbrough don’t offer the VIP deal it should be communicated with groupon and taken off the site so no one else has the same experience we had . You may read through this and think has she not got anything else to whinge about .. It’s feedback as it needs changing on groupon I’ve been on today and it’s still there … Bar manager feedback did nothing to make the booking any better …. This second experience rubbish … What would have made this better the manager realising that this had been a balls up .. instead of just ignoring us .. he could have dealt with this a lot differently rather than just fobbing us off ..
