I did not have a good experience with the facial. I regularly get facials and have visited many places, but unfortunately this was below a basic professional standard. The location is a cold warehouse-style space shared with a manicure station. There was no relaxing or private atmosphere. During my facial, another staff member was watching a movie and serving customers, which made the environment noisy and uncomfortable. The suction machine used during the facial caused bruising on my cheeks and near my eyes, which is unacceptable (it has never happened to me in the past). The facial itself was very basic and similar to what one could easily do at home. The lady was friendly and nice, but based on the overall experience, I would not recommend this place for a facial.

To provide some clarification, the business address is listed on Groupon as a warehouse-based space, with photos included prior to booking so clients can make an informed decision. While the treatment area is within a shared space, it is separated by a divider to ensure privacy. That said, I understand that atmosphere is a personal preference, and I appreciate your honesty. I would also like to mention that I will be relocating to a private treatment room in February to further enhance the client experience. Regarding the temperature, the heating was on during your appointment. Had you mentioned feeling cold at any point, I would have happily adjusted the heating or repositioned the bed to ensure your comfort. With respect to the suction treatment, mild bruising can occur as a known side effect, particularly on sensitive skin. I have been in contact with you since the appointment to offer advice and aftercare guidance, and I remain available should you need further support. I appreciate your kind words regarding my friendliness, and I regret that the overall experience did not align with what you were hoping for.
