Lovely hotel in excellent location Great 3 night stay at the Atlantic Towers, a very comfortable hotel, and we found all the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good location near the Pier Head and Albert Dock, and within easy walking distance to the city centre. Very comfortable bed and a quiet room (10th floor) excellent breakfast with a good variety of both hot and cold options, even sourdough bread. We also had a meal in the 2nd floor bar/restaurant one evening and it was excellent, this room also has an outdoor bar area which would be a great place to sit on a summer’s evening. We would definitely return to the Atlantic Towers the next time we’re in Liverpool.

Pleasant last minute stay Booked last minute due to a change with travel plans, friendly and quick check in process . As others have said rooms are tired and in need of a revamp but clean with everything we needed. Comfy bed, quiet room and we slept well. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Overall a pleasant stay

Never again The hotel was the coldest hotel we’ve ever stayed in … bedroom small so asked for a bigger one which we got but it had no telephone in the room & it was also cold no extra blanket either. We did have tea/ coffee in the room but I had to ask at main reception for refills of coffee/ tea / milk but no room service on a Sunday … most unusual & never experienced this before ! The bathroom had been refurbed & looked good but the walk in shower leaked at the walk in part so the floor was a puddle ! The bonus was there was body lotion along with the usual shampoo / conditioner. The bedding appeared to be good linen BUT the mattress was lumpy/ springy & the worse complaint was an old blood stain on the mattress … that should have been chucked not kept . The breakfasts were good tho a rammy on the Sat am … only one man in charge & waitresses trying to reset tables , it was self service … a bonus was the sourdough bread & the omelette made fresh this am was amazing , thankyou chef! A quiet room that was a bonus too !

Value for Money Just back from a 2 night stay which was most enjoyable. As others have mentioned, the hotel is a bit tired and rough around the edges but we booked on a deal via Travelzoo and found it good value. We had a large room with an excellent view of the Liver building & the river Mersey. The Breakfast was good & the staff were all friendly & helpful.

Unexpected extras and difficulties with this hotel. The car park was chargeable and not adjacent to the hotel. I had to park in the NCP near by and walk with my luggage. The dog was £20 a night which is over the top. There’s a step into the hotel. No cleaning of the room despite staying 4 nights so the bin was overflowing.
