Lovely hotel right on the pier. We booked a two night stay here 22nd and 23rd January. It's a lovely hotel and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We booked a superior king room but wish we had chosen a room at the front with the fabulous views. At the rear there are no views, and we did find the room a little small for a superior but it didn't spoil anything. The bed was so big and comfortable. Breakfast was superb, a choice of cereals, cheese, ham, fruit etc and a full Welsh breakfast. It was piping hot and really good ingredients. It's literally on the pier and a couple of minutes into the town. It was freezing outside but the hotel was so warm as you walked in. Would definitely stay again but with a sea view.

Great location, lovely view and fabulous staff Great location raised a little from ground level the hotel has a fabulous view across the bay with plenty of parking about. We requested a room with a bath on arrival as I had recently sprained my ankle and a long soak really helped. They upgraded our room for a nominal fee and gave us one with a bath and great sea view. The bed was comfortable and the room had lots of small touches such as a smagg bag of 2 pence pieces to spend on the pier, posh coffee machine and a mini bar with real milk and choice of sparking / still water. The breakfast was plentiful, good quality and well cooked. Hotel bar has a fabulous view and the prices were not far off pub prices. We will be back again. Thanks to all the team for making such a wonderful stay

5 Star Stay with the Belmont Hotel. We had a fantastic stay at Belmont Hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff and manager were outstanding — genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. It was lovely to see how they took the time to get to know guests, asking about plans for the day and offering thoughtful advice on restaurants and easy parking nearby. They even provided us with a discount card for the Blue Elephant Restaurant, which was a really appreciated touch. Nothing was too much trouble; they even helped organise my dad’s hired mobility scooter, which made a huge difference to our stay and showed real care and understanding. The hotel is also dog-friendly. While this didn’t apply to us, it was genuinely lovely to see well-behaved dogs passing through the hotel. Dog owners were accommodated thoughtfully, with breakfast served in a separate room, which struck a great balance and showed how well the hotel caters for all guests. The food was incredible. Breakfasts were a real highlight — a generous continental buffet followed by a freshly cooked hot breakfast, all enjoyed while looking out at the sea. A perfect start to each day. Our room was modern, fresh, and very comfortable. We had an accessible wet room, which is ideal for guests who need it. The only small suggestion would be to provide a mop or squeegee, as the floor did remain wet after showering, meaning we had to put shoes on to use the sink or toilet. A minor point in what was otherwise an excellent room. The location is superb — right on the seafront, an easy walk to the high street, and perfectly placed for exploring Great Orme. Watching the sea during breakfast was a real treat. Overall, a brilliant hotel with exceptional staff, great food, and an unbeatable location. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent A very welcoming reception. Help in registering. Knowledgeable approachable and very welcoming. My room didn't gave a view but was a beautiful clean modern room. The room and hotel were beautifully clean throughout. Very modern, loved the coffee machine in my room. Christmas decor not over powering just enough to give the Christmas feel and cheer. The dinning room and lounge area as you had a beautiful view of the bay. Soft music in the evening and all the Christmas lights and pier. A Christmas train was running with Christmas carols playing and Christmas volunteers. I didn't ride yhe train, but it looked fun and was full all the time. The relaxation after a day's work. A lager and a takeaway. Chinese, excellent. Value for money, plenty of it and the staff were very nice. All expenses paid trip, but I would gladly pay to stay in the Belmont myself. Value great. Getting around was your own presence. Busses available. Use your car. The Christmas train or walk to explore the town and pier. Room was beautiful clean and tided every day. Bathroom large and clean. Overall stay was very pleasing and would stay there again and again. Thank you everyone at the Belmont fir a wonderful stay and have a very very happy festive season.
