Attentive staff. We stayed two weeks there. The hotel is nice and clean. All the staff: the front desk, breakfast and house keeping are very friendly and giving fast responses. Jelitta is very attentive and helpful. We enjoy our stay there. The location is great, grocery store, bus stop, overground, Thames river, restaurants all within 3 minutes. I also enjoyed the food market on Tuesday and Thursday.

Comfortable and convenient! My short stay here was great! I really appreciate how clean and cosy the rooms were. The staff was so friendly and helpful. While there was an unfortunate computer glitch going on the morning I checked in, the staff still worked hard to keep everything afloat. I appreciate how patient and helpful everyone was. The downstairs restaurants are also great for breakfast and dinner.

An oasis in a busy capital! Excellent hotel, from start to finish! On arriving I was made very welcome whilst my husband parked the car. We had already checked in online, so I was given the key and was assisted with my luggage by Revanth to the lift who was very kind and helpful. Once we are settled in, we dealt with Neha on reception who gave us the times for breakfast and information on the hotel. All the staff in the breakfast area were pleasant and attentive and the breakfast was superb, both being well laid out and choice of food and beverages were very good. The area was very clean and had an air of both comfort and peace. There is a lovely restaurant available for evening meal, but we didn’t use it so cannot comment on the food. We have previously stayed in Kensington, but would definitely recommend this hotel. The area is not surrounded by shops, although there is a conveniene store and café and we visited the local design centre which was huge and really interesting and we had not realised existed. The marina and the surrounding architecture are both interesting and well worth a look. You can access both tourist boats and uber from the marina, plus the railway and buses are nearby, so travelling into the centre of London is easy. Or you can go on foot. it took us about 40 minutes to walk to South Kensington for instance. We will definitely stay in this hotel again, the superior King room was very clean and a good size. The bed was very comfortable and we had excellent nights sleep, always necessary when visiting London!

Great place to stay when visiting London The bar had great service nice drinks and a nice food selection. We had just suffered the crowd, strike computer reboot problem. And the hotel staff worked their butt off to get everybody to their rooms and accommodate all our needs. I had a specific issue where I lost my passport and needed some assistance, printing forms, and arranging for a trip to theEmbassy. Jonas, one of the staff members at the front desk, was particularly helpful and the hotel should recognize him for customer service excellence.

Overall a great experience It was a very good experience. The room was clean & tidy and the food was good. The only issue was with the elevator is only one was working which causes a lot of time waiting for it. I would like to mention the girl at the reception named Neha was really helpful.
