I wouldn’t stay anywhere else A place that I would go to stay every time I was going for a break. So friendly, spotless, best nights sleep in ages everyone very organised. I couldn’t praise them enough

Better stays available Did not enjoy the stay - my review of my stay was removed, which is interesting as I gave a fair account of my experience. I wouldn’t return and especially wouldn’t partake in the breakfast option which is £16 regardless of whether you are vegetarian/vegan, for which you may be offered porridge as the sole offering.

Theatre stay An outstanding place beautiful and very comfortable rooms- we all slept really well- beautiful decorated rooms clean and very well presented. Breakfast was stunning with a good selection and freshly cooked we would highly recommend a stay here and looking forward to coming back

Couldn't have wished for better! Finding a guest house can often be hit or miss - this was definitely a hit. The location is perfect, a very short walk from the carpark that leads into the city. Clean and comfortable, fantastic staff and delicious breakfast.

Excellent accomodation for a quick visit in Bath. Unfortunately, I didn’t have much time to enjoy Brooks’ Guesthouse, as I arrived later than expected in Bath. The place is only a 15-minute walk from the railway station and is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The instructions for the late check-in were clear and simple, and the room was cozy, warm and nicely decorated. The freshly cooked breakfast was a wonderful surprise! I will definitely return.
