well-prepared rooms but unreliable service. the room is in good condition. it is clean and well-prepared. the housekeeping is of very good standard. however, talking to the reception is next to impossible. i have telephoned the reception twice, to ask for an email address because contacting the hotel is very difficult — unless you happen to physically be right in front of the reception desk. the first time i telephoned, i was asked to wait while a conversation continued aimlessly in the background. for five minutes. on the second telephone call, the person finally attempted to describe an email address. i explained that there was no ‘@‘ in the address sequence. the person then put the telephone down. meanwhile horrendously loud music is being played in the hotel. this is causing the walls in my room to shake.

Spa Facilities - Serious lack in customer service I’m disgusted by the service from the spa and massage facilities offered, firstly they confirmed a day and time, on arrival the spa and the massage/spa section was closed with no communication of this prior! Following our complaint they stated it would have been a male masseuse, which would have made my wife feel incredibly vulnerable and would never have made the booking knowing this prior! Then to be told by groupon she’s gender racist etc which isn’t remotely the case! It’s her body and she entitled to select who touches it!! I think this is utterly disgusting and both the owner of the spa and groupon should take a long look at themselves in the mirror!! This will be our last purchase via either business having being refused a refund for services not rendered! Both spa and groupon should be have owned this mistake, prior to refusing the refund! What’s happened to customer service in this day and age???

Excellent experience Absolutely loved our spacious, sea-facing bedroom. Hotel is in an excellent position for accessing the promenade and a 10 minute walk to some brilliant restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would recommend and go back.

Terrible service avoid at all costs, and they are unreasonably high! Overbooked and had the audacity to send us to the partner hotel for an inferior room than the one we booked, that looked like it opened 5min before we arrived; shabby and covered in dust! They hadn't even stocked the bar or turned reception lights on! Poor service to rectify situation or even understand the annoyance of us (and many others in the same situation).
