Disappointing We had stayed at this hotel some years ago when it was quirky and good value. Unfortunately, it has since gone downhill. Although the bed was reasonably comfortable and the shower worked okay, the room looked neglected. The curtains were both becoming detached from the rail, which should have been easy to fix. The television remote control was malfunctioning. Breakfast was poor. Many items advertised in the hotel lobby as being offered for breakfast were not in fact available. The receptionist was amiable enough but his interest in resolving issues was rather perfunctory. The whole place had an unloved and uncaring feel. We had prebooked parking but found we could park on the road. The receptionist said we could claim a refund and gave a phone number. This led to a recorded message from a robot suggesting that if we did not want to wait on the phone we should chat with the virtual assistant on the website. The phone then cut out, without any person answering. The website was impossible to navigate and the virtual assistant unresponsive. In the end. I cut my losses and gave up.

An Absolute Dump. Avoid! Stayed one night with my wife due whilst stepdaughter attended West End Kids class. Bad. An absolute dump. Black mould on the walls. Bedside tables covered in grime with peeling paint. Dust everywhere. Grubby shower enclosure with soap scum and mouldy grime. Filthy windows and sill. Taps in bathroom loose and sprayed water in every direction when used. We had to go to the Sainsbury's nearby and buy antibacterial wipes to try and clean the place up a bit. Heating didn't work so had to complain to reception. We didn't sleep well that night, especially with the black mould, so vacated very early the next morning before staff even arrived it was that bad. Good The staff were lovely and friendly. Both guys we dealt with were a pleasure. When we complained about the heating a portable fan heater was brought to our room within 10 minutes. The bedding, after close inspection, was fresh and clean as were the towels in the bathroom. Location was ok. Not the safest area. A bit run down and lots of people hanging around doing nothing. But there were plenty of shops/takeaways close by. Conclusion Stay away. Not the staffs fault by any means but the company OYO need to take a long hard look at themselves charging money for a dirty, risk health hotel like this.

Horrible staff members that care only about taking your money Disgusting staff that care only about their money and business Being treated very bad. I do not recommend at all. They were very disrespectful, and they lied about who is managing and who is working there or not. Jesus may deal with you

Someone's getting lucky The man at the front desk, LOVELY can't fault him he is really nice especially when like others we had a slight issue with never receiving a check in email so we were stuck outside for half an hour trying to get ahold of someone :)) however....though it is a budget hotel, my sister and I found a condom on the floor in plain sight under our bed which is probably the last thing you'd want to find in your room and a bit off putting. The carpet could really do with an update as its very dirty but the bed was comfy.
