Relaxing and special weekend stay We had a lovely stay. The dinner was so tasty. Very filling breakfast with savory and sweet variety. Wonderful Spa Break From the moment we walked in until we left after a two night stay the customer service was excellent, so attentive and polite couldn’t do enough for you (special mention to Mohan who checked us in on reception thank you __) every person from reception team, bar team, waiting and breakfast were impeccable and so polite. The bedroom was upgraded to a king on arrival the room was stunning, beautifully clean and a comfy bed. No noise issues at all and very relaxing. We spent time in the spa which was lovely after our included treatments with a hot tub, steam room and sauna and loungers to chill and relax on with a book. All food was fantastic - we had Indian food in the bar/restaurant on the first night and formal set menu in the restaurant the second night all beautifully cooked and served. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and all very fresh. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return - highly recommended thanks to the team at the Crowne Plaza Marlow

My stay at Crowne Plaza Marlow was nothing short of outstanding, and a major reason for that was the exceptional service provided by Dinesh Motani. From the moment I arrived, Dinesh made me feel genuinely welcomed with his warm hospitality, attention to detail, and sincere commitment to guest satisfaction. He went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable—whether it was offering thoughtful recommendations, proactively checking in to make sure everything was perfect, or simply greeting me with a friendly smile that instantly brightened the day. His professionalism paired with his personal touch truly sets a new benchmark for service excellence. Crowne Plaza Marlow is a wonderful property on its own, but team members like Dinesh and Prabhakar elevate the experience to something truly special. Wonderful weekend stay Wonderful room and service. Karim was very welcoming during check in and provided lots of helpful advice about the area, fantastic customer service! The room was clean and well decorated. Only downside was our visit to the pool area which was incredibly busy at 5-6pm, with no pool loungers or chairs available and people waiting outside for the sauna, so recommend visiting at a quieter time. Would return!
