Excellent customer service and beautiful rooms I would like to praise the Guest services Manager, Abdullah, who went above and beyond during our stay. He kindly upgraded our room for my family and also provided free parking, which we truly appreciated. This exceptional service is the reason we keep returning to this hotel. We travel from Birmingham and always choose this hotel because of the outstanding service. The restaurant staff are all wonderful, welcoming, and kind. Highly recommended.

So far it’s very good What a great first impression Room upgrade and free drink voucher Hotel clean and right next to the Thames Room clean and spacious The man on reception (Din) gave us a great welcome with a warm smile

Good location for Excel Stayed here for a night due to a business commitment in London, I have stayed here before and found it a pretty decent stay. The facilities are good and to a decent standard, check in took ages as only a single staff member checking in and the usual guest with a million questions to ask not realising there is a growing queue behind them. Check out was slightly better but still slow. Seemingly I was upgraded with the room i was allocated, not quite sure what the upgrade was as it seems a bog standard, normal room

Family stay It’s been our first stay in this hotel and definitely not the last one. Have to admit it’s quite far from the central part of London which was inconvenient during the Christmas time as all services were closed but still it was a great experience thank to all of you guys! Want to say special thanks to the receptionist Abdulah for his professionalism and welcoming manners, waiter Akash who’s it was the second day at work but he definitely has the sense of customer needs, was very friendly and helpful. And of course more and more and more of you who unfortunately we didn’t ask for the names but you make a great team and make customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Thanks for your hard work during this mentally busy time of the year and Merry Christmas to all of you and your loved ones!

Din at the Doubletree Excel is superb We were greeted at reception and checked in by the lovely Din, who welcomes us quite regularly. He goes over and beyond every time we see him and is the most helpful person in every way-and always with a smile on his face. As diamond members, we stay at a lot if Doubletree and various Hilton affiliates, but the Doubletree Excel is by far our favourite because of staff members like Din. Din makes it feel like we are coming home. Thank you Din for once again making us feel special and like we are old friends. How lucky Doubletree Excel is to have him.
