The Perfect Getaway We were looking for somewhere to accommodate my wife and i plus our 9 year old rescue dog Stan in a luxury surrounding with a outdoor hot tub. Grange Manor was the perfect bed and breakfast.Set in its own mature grounds we weee greeted by the managers Corey and Holly a young kiwi couple who were perfect hosts throughout our 3 night stay, nothing was any trouble very attentive you could tell they just wanted their guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Theres no food available except a wonderfully presented and tasty locally sourced breakfast delivered to your room at your requested time. There is something for everyone on the menu.They even provide a breakfast snack for your dog!! In our case Stan had a cooked local butchers sausage!! There is a great choice of restaurants and takeaways literally 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car, if you bring food back to your room they are happy to provide crockery and cutlery. Our room has its own private fenced garden and patio with a covered hot tub which was a welcome treat after walking the lakes.We would definitely return to Grange Manor hopefully later this year , you wont be disappointed its a fantastic place

A fabulous little gem of a find Just had a wonderful 4 night stay in this gem of a find. All the rooms are named after different birds. We stayed in Chiff Chaff, ground floor beautiful room. Immaculately clean, large double room. The bed is 2 queen beds together with lovely comfy pillows and soft bed linen. Bathroom is also large, with a free standing bath, which has a little table for housing a little yellow duck and bubble bath and of course a little glass of bubbles. The shower is perfect, hot and great water pressure. The toiletries are local and smell lovely. Under floor heating in the bath room is another little luxury. You are provided with dressing gowns, slippers, separate towels and good quality plastic glasses for the hot tub. We enjoyed the hot tub every day after long walks exploring the area and a day at Leighton Moss RSPB .Pure bliss letting the bubbles of the hot tub ease aching feet .Sipping a glass of bubbles listening to the bird song or the call of the tawny owls at night in the privacy of your own little private garden was just delightful. Breakfast is yummy and served in your room. Hubby went for the Cumbrian breakfast every day and I went for the smoked salmon and scrambled egg, elevated to another level with the truffle oil. Delicious! There is plenty of choice for what you want for breakfast, which you pick the day before and can request it for a time that suits you. Holly and Corey are the hosts and were friendly and helpful. If you decide on a take away in the evening, they are happy to leave you plates and cutlery. They also have a little box of games ( scrabble, UNO , Sequence, jenga etc) if you need to pass the time. Our stay passed too quickly but we feel fully refreshed and relaxed after our little break and can’t wait to return.

What a find in Grange! Stayed in garden room with hot tub. Everything about the stay was amazing. The welcome from the host was friendly and helpful. The room was huge and very high standard and the outside space was all private and again very high standard. Will certainly be returning.

Great couple of nights Fabulous room, and the bathroom to die for, hot tub in secluded location,patio and garden really nice our Labrador loved it. Breakfast was excellent, really nice to have in your room. Nothing too much trouble for the couple running the grange. A little off the beaten track but well worth the drive. Good value for money.

Exceptional hotel Still here, room amazing staff so friendly and helpful. Was expecting a hot tub but the room is stunning and amazing effort for my birthday. Would definitely come back
