generally good Whilst the bed was uncomfortable, the hotel room and the hotel were spacious and very clean, quite well situated and the staff very polite. Calm during the night for sleeping even though the sound between one room above or neighbouring steps could be noisy. Relatively good experience. Breakfast (continental ) was fine.

Run Down Hotel, Never 4 Stars Is this what you get in London for £210 per night? This is NEVER a 4 star hotel, dirty worn out window , frames, bath chipped, scuff marks, old carpets, never quite warm enough ( even though the thermostat said 23 c. - never was! Just so run down. However, there were a couple of positives, the location is good, the staff were pleasant, the bedding clean, the beds comfortable and a very good continental breakfast.

Disappointing Check in was a fiasco. Just about everything was incorrect on their check in system, apart from my name. Every other detail was wrong and neither us or the staff were able to get our data entered. We ended up just signing a form. The room was basic. The bed was hard, the furniture and floor could do was bathroom dust and cleaning. The bathroom was cramped and functional, but again needed a proper cleaning. The scum in the sink was proof that it hadn't been scoured in weeks. Location wise it was fine but I doubt I'll ever stay again

The definition of mediocrity The room was really weird - a kettle stuck in the wardrobe, stiff mattress and a window that didn't shut properly. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly - the gap between the bath and sink which was around an inch - had old soap and hair. The breakfast was expensive and rubbish. The full English option had awful oily mushrooms, stale meat and "fried" eggs. Not a hotel that I would consider bad but it's miles off of good - especially for the price.

Disgrace!! Don't stay at this hotel. Our room was 204 and we have been robbed as our £200 was stolen by a cleaner. They have been looking into my handbags in the wardrobe. They offered us a 20% percent off if we book this hotel next time. It is totally unacceptable. They replied to our compliant. They used GPT chat!!! It's very unprofessional to using GPT chat. Most words were from America!
