Best business hotel in the region. This hotel is ideally located for business purposes in the Bridgwater J23 area. Ample parking , excellent reception facilities, bar, lounge and restaurant add to the functionality, recent nearby projects including Hinkley Point and Gravity add to the lively, technical and professional nature of the clientele. Interesting contemporary bedrooms offered all the comforts I would expect in spades and a peaceful and relaxing nights sleep. Meeting rooms are a useful extra facility.

My amazing stay at Ibis! Ibis Bridgwater is always my go to when I am in the area. The food to the friendly staff always know how to make my stay amazing. I would like to give a special shout out to Megan on bar as her service was exceptional. Checking in and checking out with Olivia on reception is always a pleasure as she always greats with a smile and provides exceptional service. Nothing is ever too much for them!

Great ibis stay We had a great overnight stay here, a very different ibis to ones I’ve stayed in previously but lovely and welcoming. The staff were great and we had dinner which was also good and breakfast was great value.

Poor experience I have read a number of positive comments about this hotel and sadly I do not share the experience. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted well and allocated a room of which when I entered standard was a very poor. The walls had holes in them which had just been filled and rubbed down. The room was dark and two lights were not working. Admittedly the young lady at the desk offered me another room of which gladly accepted. The meal I had that evening, as I had booked half board was what can only be described as tasteless, the vegetable were obviously frozen and the mashed potato was runny and flavourless. It was not explained to me what the half board entailed, however I worked out which consisted of two courses and a drink. The following evening I ordered two courses, I do not drink alcohol, so I asked for water. It came in a bottle and I drank it during my main course. After quite a long time it was apparent that my dessert was not going to arrive, as I am on business and needed to work I decided to finish and go to my room. As I was entering the lift, I was summoned by another member of the staff to informed I had not paid for the water. I explained that I thought it was instead of the half board beer on offer. I offered to pay as I was quite embarrassed, she spoke to me like I was a naughty chap trying to avoid paying and when I explained my understanding and the fact I had not received my dessert, however I offered to pay for the water, she told me not to stress. I found this most disrespectful. In the morning when I had breakfast which was quite basic there was a hair in the yogurt which looked very much like it came from the lower regions. When I told the member of staff she just laughed it off and eventually replayed it. My company was paying for this stay, I am very glad I was not. I have stayed in IBIS red accommodation many times but this was the in all honesty the worst ever and I will not be back.

Ideal for a quick cooked breakfast Adam at the local Autoglass recommended this Ibis for breakfast whilst I waited for my car to be fixed. Despite being a non-resident, the receptionist and the waitress were both very friendly and welcoming. The self-service breakfast was typical hotel fare although the sausages were above average!
