Can't wait to revisit This was a return visit to the hotel and we already look forward to going back. The booking was made via Hotels.com and was a reasonable rate, especially given the location of the hotel and the quality of the rooms. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea view room and the bed was huge and so comfy. The ambience of the hotel is relaxed and modern and the staff are all so helpful and friendly and they all appear to genuinely enjoy their environment and go the extra mile. Thank you to all!

Nice but staff are better. Fantastic staff. Some rooms are tired we ended up in a stunning sea view room thanks to the FOH manager Marianna, the hotel entrance is stylish and welcoming. The Bar is small and cosy, the restaurant is very small when you consider the size of the hotel so can be busy. Parking is tight but available. The staff make this place. Special shout out to Flo and Kate on reception but everyone is great. Mercure Hotels you need to address some of the other areas in this hotel. Your staff outshine your hotel.

Great hotel We booked a suite and was not disappointed, lots of space, huge balcony overlooking seafront and refurbished bathroom. Booking in was straight forward and efficient. Bar and food first class. All in all, a great stay.

Afternoon tea for my Aunt's wake We booked the Mercure Brighton to hold a wake for my aunt. Olivia was great to deal with and all the staff were so helpful. We had selected afternoon tea to have on the day, and the room was all laid out really well. The food was very well received and delicious. We thought it was great value for money. All in all, we couldn't fault the service, location and staff.
