Can't wait to revisit This was a return visit to the hotel and we already look forward to going back. The booking was made via Hotels.com and was a reasonable rate, especially given the location of the hotel and the quality of the rooms. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea view room and the bed was huge and so comfy. The ambience of the hotel is relaxed and modern and the staff are all so helpful and friendly and they all appear to genuinely enjoy their environment and go the extra mile. Thank you to all!

Great hotel We booked a suite and was not disappointed, lots of space, huge balcony overlooking seafront and refurbished bathroom. Booking in was straight forward and efficient. Bar and food first class. All in all, a great stay.

Afternoon tea for my Aunt's wake We booked the Mercure Brighton to hold a wake for my aunt. Olivia was great to deal with and all the staff were so helpful. We had selected afternoon tea to have on the day, and the room was all laid out really well. The food was very well received and delicious. We thought it was great value for money. All in all, we couldn't fault the service, location and staff.

Great hotel on Brighton Seafront We enjoyed a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are so friendly, helpful and also very professional. We were upgraded to the junior suite which was fabulous. The hotel itself is a beautiful building right on the seafront offering excellent food and drinks in the tastefully decorated bar/restaurant area which has a lovely ambiance. It’s almost opposite the bandstand so a really good location too. I would definitely recommend it. We’ll be back.

A room with a view! Regular visitors to Brighton but first time staying here, would definitely recommend. Excellent location opted for the prestige room 112 huge balcony overlooking the seafront would be amazing in the summer. The hotel and room were spotless, bed was really comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower and the products were a nice touch. The room temperature can be adjusted to suit your own preference. We didn’t bother with breakfast as there are lots of places nearby. We used the car park it was £28 a day which sounds expensive but I guess you pay for the convenience the multi storey around the corner would have been £25 anyway. We would definitely stay here again.
