Disappointed A warm welcome at reception, but sadly down hill from there . Lift dirty, room dirty, clean bedding and towels. We stayed two nights , ambulance attended three times during our stay to care for residents living in the hotel. One resident very drunk , at the cliff edge, ambulance called. All residents polite and friendly but some noisy at night going into each other's rooms. No breakfast, adviced to walk to the sea front. Perfect sea views, a real shame to see what could be a lovely hotel in such a run down state. Pleased to see rooms being used to prevent people living on the streets.

Mission impossible How do I sum this up - people singing until early hours of the Morning, kids shouting and screaming at 6am and pipes rattling ready to explode at 8am - the walls are paper thin - cleanliness is appalling as in sick marks on the wall in the bathroom need I go any further !! A weekend away turned into a nightmare- we were booked in for 2 nights but couldn’t handle another night due to all the disruption. I have added one photograph as the others were videos which I am unable to attach . Says it all really - Good luck should you choose this mission _

Would not recommend Awful experience. Booked 3 nights over Christmas - ended up only staying one night due to loud music, dogs running around barking and just didn't feel safe. Lots of dodgy characters at the hotel, constant smell of weed outside the front entrance. Only redeeming factor is that I got a full refund ....eventually!

The Norbreck doss house Cannot possibly be a hotel No bar No restaurant No breakfast as 'no ones gone shopping' No maintenance staff No staff at all in fact, well apart from an old man overnight who was more bothered about sleeping in the office. Anyone else was 'from the sister hotel' Everything broken, if it wasn't broken it was dirty Heating completely off Used to house homeless and honestly I feel sorry for them to have to stay there. The streets would be better.

Worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in Morning I am writing this with the hope no one else has to experience what we have after purchasing this stay as a Christmas gift for our friends. We booked 2 nights 3 rooms with breakfast and it has been like a carry on film from the minute we arrived. We waited until 3pm for rooms to be ready only to find the beds unchanged unmade, the rooms unclean and full of rubbish. After apologies and room change we were advised there was no cooked breakfast _ we could however have continental. We slept in the rooms and were all so cold we could have been sleeping on the beach, on complaining and saying we were cancelling the second night we were informed that someone had turned to heating off - is this some kind of joke? In the morning there was no breakfast available because no one had been shopping _ the coffee machine was also empty. We went out for breakfast and out for the day came back last night to be told only residents can use the coffee machine, as we are residents the rude night manager did let us use it but guess what out of coffee. I have never stayed in such an appalling hotel
