Super Stay With a son at the University of Liverpool, we try to get up and see him now and again. With numerous options, some central and some a little way out, we have tried quite a few but this has been our favourite. We parked in the discounted multi storey just 2 minutes walk away which is a refreshingly modern and well run car park with decent sized spaces which is becoming increasingly rare! Reception was friendly and efficient and we were in our room before the 3pm check in. The hotel is modern and clean and offers an excellent breakfast choice. Liverpool One is a 15 minute stroll away. Great stay

Very poor hair washing and conditioning products The hotel is lovely. The facilities are great however when washing my hair and using the “rituals” conditioner in the shower my hair was severely knotted and tangled. It took me forever to try and sort out my hair before drying it. This might not seem like a huge issue, but I have long hair and I have never had such knotted and tangled hair before. If you are staying here, take your own shampoo and conditioner. The other facilities in the room were great and staff lovely however this left a bad taste and disappointed

Fab hotel, good location I booked this as a birthday treat for my partner. We were located on the 11th floor room 17 with a view of Anfied in the distance. Check in was easy. Slightly early so we had a drink in the bar. Served by Steven, very professional and approachable. Once in our room, staff had left a birthday brownie for my partner, lovely touch, thank you. The room was immaculately clean. Modern and comfortable. There were bath robes and slippers. Coffee machine, fridge, water etc. There is temperature control on the wall for the room. Which we did have trouble working, admittedly we didn't ask reception at the time. We had a lovely superking bed which was firm but that's our preference anyway. We did find the pillows quite soft and uncomfortable. Again person preference. Noise was very limited from outside as you're situated on busy roads and full length black out curtains, great for a light sleeper like myself. Great place to stay especially if you may be going to the football. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Lots of choice. And a wonderful team of staff who are constantly checking the food levels. And any plates that need clearing. I find the staff to be a massive credit to this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent experience and higly recommended I regularly stay at this hotel and always find it an excellent choice. Its location is extremely convenient — very close to the university and the hospital, and within walking distance of the city centre. The hotel is modern and quite well maintained, the staff are consistently polite and helpful, and the breakfast is rich . The rooms are modern, clean, spacious and very comfortable. If you are lucky enough to stay on a higher floor, particularly at the front of the hotel, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Liverpool. I am always very pleased to return to this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Fanatic hotel and staff We have just returned from an over night stay here.We were warmly greeted by Felipe ,( front house manager ) who let us check in early with our room been ready.He was very welcoming and helpful regarding taxis if we required.The hotel was spotlessly clean.Our room 611 was lovely very comfortable bed and the walk in shower wet room was perfect ( I have bad knees so struggle to get in and out of a bath ) We did get woken up at 330am and had to evacuate the fire alarm was going off due to another guest been inconsiderate ( we found out at check out) we were outside for a while and then dit in the libby area we didn't get back to sleep However this wasn't the hotels fault. Felipe this morning again was amazing at explaining what had happened and apologised we had been in that situation. He gave fantastic customer service. The breakfast was delicious plenty of choice. We will definitely return to the hotel We had a lovely stay thank you
