Modern fresh accommodation. Fantastic hotel I stayed at this hotel on a recent work trip and was blown away by the value for money and quality. The room was huge and well stocked with all amenities including iron and ironing board, kettle with ample tea/ coffee and biscuits. Bottles of water were also included which was a lovely touch. The car park was a communal one around the corner and a discount rate was offered. The breakfast was very good with healthy options also available including poached eggs which was a welcomed touch away from usual greasy fried breakfast. Overall a well appointed and modern hotel well located for Liverpool and wider area. Zero criticisms and will definitely stay again next month.

Good vista Everything is presented well, efficient & smart staff, the room was clean & functional with room for a sofa & a spacious walk in shower & comfy beds.. Good views of the city especially from the top. We also had an excellent breakfast & was offered all the usual options buffet style. The car park is just a couple of minutes away & I was led to believe that the cost was met by the hotel, it is to a degree but only a discount of 30% is offered so bearing in mind its a £20 overnight rate add £14 on to the cost if you are driving. That could have been made clearer but overall a good standard.

We won't go back This hotel looked great on the website. Location is fine. But the room looked grubby, under the bed had wrappers, the sofa cushions were too small for the sofa so i kept walking into the base, just tiny shelves and tables. The bathroom only has warm water and the tiles are like coated concrete so are freezing on your feet. The water takes ages to evaporate of of it. Worst thing is the warm, not hot shower. I rang reception who told me they were an eco hotel and the water is a lower temperature. They said they would check it when we went out but they said, this is the norm . We never heard anything from them so assumed the luke warm water temperature is normal. However other colleagues who turned up 2 days later said their water was nice and hot. They were on the 10th floor we were on the 6th. The cooked breakfast was awful gristly sausages overcooked bacon and poached and fried eggs going hard under the heat lamp. For an eco hotel i was appalled at hoe much cooked food was put out, even just before shutting up. We won't be going back

May come again The hotel reception area was a bit confusing at first, as it wasn’t immediately clear where the front desk was located, even though the space itself is quite large and spacious. We booked a suite, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness was not perfect, especially in the kitchen area where the floor felt sticky under our feet. Aside from that, the staff were very responsive and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good.

Highly recommend family friendly hotel. We returned for a second time within a year. This hotel is our favourite hotel in Liverpool. 20min walk to the city centre. Even in the pouring rain the walk was short and manageable. We had a great size room for our growing children. Fridge, tea & coffee, hair dryer, ironing board and beautiful Rituals products. The room and bathroom was sparkling clean. -only let down is there is limited storage for clothes. Just hanging facility, which our coats took. Hotel is stunning and smells divine. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Recognise a few of the staff which was lovely to see. Beautiful breakfast felt very healthy and relaxed. Highly equipment small gym which I had to myself Sunday morning. Bar is lovely, eldest goes to with one adult so youngest can get to sleep. Games and activities for the children in the lobby. Parking is a short walk away. Hotel provides a discount thankfully as it is pricey. Highly recommend this hotel. Especially when they have rooms with hoists and adaptions.
