Amazing place staff excellent Booked via spa seekers website site spa overnight break excellent value for money we were surprised at how much you got for your money. The staff make this property from check in to cafe to restaurant and soa team everyone was friendly welcoming and engaging a real credit to this hotel. Rooms were massive and the spa facilities were good although the hot beds weren't working and the costume dryer was broken and from talking to members they have been for a long time. The choice of food for evening meal and breakfast was excellent and we loved the space we will definitely be recommending to everyone to stay here. Beautiful grounds

For spa packages, guests only. You will be provided with robes upon arrival to the treatment spa, we will require a deposit of £10.00 per robe for all spa package guests. This is refundable upon the return of the robe to the treatment spa reception. Please bring your own suitable footwear for around the spa, however, slippers are available to purchase at £2.00 per pair. You will only receive one robe throughout your stay with us, an additional charge for any new robes required would be £10.00 per robe, subject to availability. Please be aware we will not be able to hire out any robes without the deposit.Please bring your swimwear for use in the wet spa facilities. Disposable briefs will be provided for body treatments if required.

Spa with overnight This is a lovely place to stay and good value for money. The food is nice and portions are generous as well as breakfast. On the downside I would prefer a drinks voucher. I would also like a vegetarian sausage for breakfast. I don’t like prosecco and the warm beds only had one working and the foot spa.

Nice hotel and facilities but several spa facilities out of action We were gifted a Spa Day as a Christmas present and overall enjoyed the experience. The hotel is huge and has good facilities. The treatment area has a nice feel and the changing rooms were clean with nice products, towels readily available and replaced quickly. The wet spa itself felt a little tired and in need of a deep clean. The two foot spas were out of action, only one of the four heated beds worked and the large jacuzzi pool was cold, the jets didn’t appear to be working, not even on the timer, hence no-one was using it. The lunch was nice but sadly took a long time to arrive nearly making us late for our treatments. The treatments however were good and all staff we encountered were very helpful. We wouldn’t visit again simply because it was a spa day and the wet spa wasn’t really up to scratch with the items indicated not working.

Absolutely Brilliant Night! We visited with 12 friends for one of the ultra 90s & 00s tribute nights and stayed overnight. The whole evening was brilliant and very well organised. The room was lovely with everything we needed and breakfast the next day was delicious. We will be back!
