Very enjoyable one night stand. We had planned to go with my brother and his wife. However my sister in law read some adverse reviews and decided they would not go. How wrong she was! We stayed on a one night DB&B package. It was definitely one of the best packages rooms no.108 we have stayed in. The restaurant catered well for my wife’s gluten free diet. We both enjoyed our 2 course dinner covered by the £32 allowance in our package. The dining room and bar area were airy and bright and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We didn’t use the leisure club. We are a well travelled couple on previous holidays we have been on the Orient Express and The Queen Mary. You can’t please all the people all the time so if you are considering The Redworth Hall do it.

Wonderful stay, fantastic breakfast!! Beautiful clean room, incredibly friendly staff. Great food for evening meal and breakfast. We also were advised by members of the leisure centre to avoid evening times as they tend to be busy. We spent the afternoon in the spa and changed to an earlier dinner reservation. This gave us time to go back into a very quiet pool later that evening. I had a 25 minute back massage from a lovely lady called Michelle. I'm not usually a fan of massages from spas as they find they tend to be too delicate. Michelle was thorough and attentive. I was incredibly congested (full of cold) and she made an extra effort to clear my airways before she began. So thank you Michelle I didn't want to leave the massage bed! This is my third time at Redworth hall and I look forward to my next visit!

Worst Dining Experience Ever! If I could give it 0/5 I would. My partner and I attended the restaurant for Valentines day. To say we were appalled is an understatement. My partner ordered a pint which came flat as possible with no head and tasted 'off'. I myself ordered an apple juice that came free with floating bits in it. Asif the glasses had not been washed. So we were off to a bad start. I ordered the rigatoni veg pasta (I'm a vegetarian of 20 years) the dish looked and tasted like mince not to mention it was FREEZING. The aroma coming from it was very unpleasant. My partner ordered a seafood dish which also came out freezing cold and tasteless. I asked the waitress to take my food back which she did and I ordered a pizza. This came out dripping in oil and with hard thick cheese on top. This was consequently left and we left the restaurant. We have travelled all over and ate in restaurants all over the world and this was the worst experience we have ever had. Safe to say we will never return. Complaint sent over to the red worth hall email and no responses being received apart from 'we are investigating'. Restaurant is also very outdated and has a dodgy smell. The only good was the young live singer who had a beautiful voice AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wouldn't return for Spa Spa wasn't anything special. Booked the half day package for my husband and I for his bday. Seemed a little unorganised at reception, we were given a welcome drink, no fizz just juice. Treatment times had been moved forward to what I had booked. Massage itself was very good. Given robe and towel, no additional towels available once this one was wet. We were fortunate to get 2 loungers next to the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were fine. Bottom of pool filled with green mildew! Food choices were mediocre not the full restaurant menu available, food was poor, chicken pizza had a slice of pre cooked chicken thrown on top. Dessert was an choice of 3 cakes, no cream, ice cream etc. Wouldn't return.

Was ok but for the price rooms need some maintenance to them It was ok but could be better . We requested early in as we were at an event , room was lovely but could do with some TLC . It was fairly clean , the main shower head could do with a good scrub, shower door didn't close properly and the iron was broken . We were quite lucky as there was numerous complaints when we were speaking with other guests staying . .
