A great experience! I have just spent a weekend at this hotel as part of a large group of mainly older ladies who attend exercise classes together. The hotel is in the perfect location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the sea and is a grand, elegant building. My sea view room at the hotel was well and comfortably furnished, very clean, warm and had a huge balcony with seating that could accommodate about six people. The hospitality tray was well provisioned and toiletries in the beautiful bathroom were more than adequate. The common areas - dining room, bars, lounges etc were beautifully furnished in complete sympathy with the age and style of the hotel and were kept very clean and tidy. The dining room was efficiently run and a good variety of food was available, buffet style, and each item was replenished regularly. Every member of staff was smart, friendly and efficient and they were very attentive to those in our party that had some mobility issues. I have already asked our group organiser to book this hotel for our next weekend away: I don't believe this experience could be beaten.

Aggressive staff member My boyfriend went out and I am deaf I was asleep no hearing aids in we had a nice room with two key cards. He left the key card in the room and the staff wouldn't let him in then he got in his face and became aggressive. We ended up needing a refund and getting turfed out.

A wonderful experience We came for a few days break and a bit of luxury and were not disappointed. Our room was lovely, a beautiful view of the garden and the sea, well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The thing that made the break special was the staff, particularly RHYS in the lounge bar who went above and beyond to make sure we were OK and helping to arrange our evening meal for us. The restaurant manager greeted us as old friends at breakfast and was charming and attentive. All in all a wonderful break that really did us good.

Royal bath hotel is brilliant. It is a luxury Victorian hotel. With well looked after grounds overlooking the sea. It has own gym and saunas and pool which again is very well kept. The lounge is luxurious with a nice bar and a large restaurant. I can not find a fault for the price that is a real value for the money. It gives you a feeling of going abroad in terms of calmness. The staff (Timur and Madina and Sarvar ) made our stay perfect. They are all going extra miles to help and make your stay pleasant. I thank all of them. If you want anything just ask. I recommend this hotel and will book again.
