Great, convenient location for Birmingham New Street Station I had a great four-night stay at Staybridge Suites Birmingham. The reception team were outstanding - genuinely friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful during my stay. The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from New Street Station and the Bullring, with plenty of lovely restaurants only a short stroll away, making it very convenient for exploring the city. While the area outside the hotel is busy and buzzing, with plenty of shops, being on a main city artery means you’ll encounter street life, beggars, and the frequent waft of cannabis. Inside, however, the hotel feels safe, calm, and welcoming, with a really pleasant atmosphere. The overall set-up of the accommodation is modern, stylish, and well thought out. Having 24-hour tea and coffee available was a lovely touch, and the gym and on-site laundry facilities make it especially convenient for longer stays. My room was excellent, with a well-equipped kitchenette (including a dishwasher and microwave), plenty of space, a quality bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed. There was also a small selection of convenience food and snacks available to buy at reception if you don’t fancy going out. Add in the complimentary breakfast and it all adds up to a brilliant place to stay. I’d happily return and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Brum.

Home away from Home We stayed in 3 rooms for 1 night with family celebrating a birthday. Have to say it was far better than we expected, and great value .Staff were very friendly and welcoming . The rooms have kitchenettes and the suite we had had a separate lounge . Spacious bathroom , powerful shower , comfy bed , nice white linen , handy gym and free coffee machine in lobby . Location in slightly dodgy street ( Wetherspoons, Poundland etc) and parking is a 8 min walk away but very central and felt very safe . Thanks for a great stay - would recommend :)

Superb stay Clean, quiet, comfortable ; the three things that I want from a city centre hotel and this hit the spot. Great location, fantastic breakfast with good choice and good quality buffet included in the very cheap price. Couldn’t have been better for our overnight stay in Birmingham

Birmingham at it's best! When we arrived at the hotel we met Kirt who looked after us during our stay. The room was clean and had a little kitchenette. The shower was brilliant! The breakfast was freshly cooked with loads of choice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay Nice friendly welcome in the lobby on the second floor of an unassuming building in Birmingham city centre. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and I had a comfortable stay. Overall the suite was very clean. The suite has a kitchen with 2 ring stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery. The living area has a TV with good selection of channels, and armchair and a sofa. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (mattress quite hard, so it suited me well) a small desk, make-up bench and a small wall-mounted TV. Bathroom has bath with shower, sink and toilet with nice wall-mounted handsoap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast is adequate with a selection of breads, croissants, fruit, yogurt etc as well as cooked English breakfast items. All in all a good stay at a reasonable price. Recommended if you’re looking for a central place to stay with more room/added amenities at a good price/comfort point.
