This is our 6th time staying at this hotel. We had our wedding here in April 2022 so it’s always going to be special to us and we always feel like valued guests. The staff are friendly hardworking & professional. The reception staff warm & welcoming with special thanks to Ali. The 3 course evening meal included in our package was delicious. The breakfasts also very good with lots to choose from. Would highly recommend this hotel.

.........4star? Although the hotel is in a good location with lovely sea views, the property itself feels very dated and in need of repainting both inside and out. Internal swimming pool it is based in the sister hotel. Booked a room on a 3rd party website and tried to contact the hotel regarding the birthday celebration, however never received replay from staff (hotel do not offer small birthday gestures like a card, cake etc). Very basic breakfast. Beds are uncomfortable

Mid week break to inspect property It was a comfortable stay at a good price. The mattress was a little too soft for me. The breakfast was good overall but the bacon seemed overcooked. The dinner menu was good and the drinks well priced. I would have preferred more fruit options in the puddings.

Disappointed very disappointed we paid extra to stay in the Presidential Suite for a special occasion, not a good choice. sink blocked, taps hard to turn on, fancy mirror in the bathroom not working, carpets stained, covering on headboard wearing away, windows looking out to the sea view misting up, balcony shabby not a pleasant place to be looking out to the sea views, corridors coming out from the room like a building site. have stayed here many times before the standard of this room has gone down, shouldn’t be called the Presidential Suite any more.
