Guests can take advantage of the property's on-site amenities, engage in numerous holiday activities available in the local area, and explore the scenic Western Highlands.

Holidaymakers stay in one of 36 en-suite bedrooms all boasting central heating and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The rooms feature classic-style decor, light colour tones and wooden furniture. Thanks to feather-and-down duvets and cotton bedlinen guests can unwind after the day spent outdoors.

A wide choice of dining options is offered at the hotel's restaurants. Breakfast with the lake view can be enjoyed in the Dining Room, a selection of drinks is offered at The Lounge Bar that boasts club chairs and wood panelling, while for elegant dinners guests can head to The Dining Room. Professional, empathetic and very polite On the 10-01-2026 myself and friend went on a day tour and went into this hotel for lunch, we ordered 2 vegetable soups, this was brought too us however we had to return it back to the kitchen as there was pretty much no vegetables or taste to it. This was taken away by a very professional young man now knowing him to be called James. He dealt with our complaint very professionally and indeed came back to our table to advise us he had removed the soup completely from the menu. This young man James is a total credit to your company and should clime the managerial role very quickly. Please pay attention to these special people you have working for you Agnes & Kathleen

Excellent Highly recommend this hotel. We have just had 2 nights here with our dog. We were greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff and that is how we experienced all staff throughout the weekend. Nothing was too much trouble. The food absolutely excellent - lovely mussels and steak beautifully cooked. The breakfast cooked to order is an absolute highlight instead of buffet style breakfast. Special mention to James for his very attentive service and good chat. Our dog was loved by all staff and special mention also to our lovely breakfast waitress who set the table with treats and water for her. Inveraray is a lovely wee place for a break away and we go away feeling fully rested. I think it is rare to find so many helpful and friendly staff in one place.

Forced to move room and then that room was also inadequate. Staff asked us to move rooms twice to accommodate their issues. First we were told the fire alarm was faulty and had to move and then the shower in our 2nd room didn't drain properly and flooded the bathroom. Not even worth it considering I used a voucher that covered 2/3 of the price. Avoid.
