Dreadful. Avoid. Windows wouldn’t close and the radiator didn’t work so room was freezing. Hot water ran out during a shower as though it was the 1980s. Carpets were filthy and stained. Mattress and pillows really uncomfortable. There were bags of litter and used takeaway trays on the landings. Staff non-existent. And we were charged £10 per night for parking. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Nightmare Stay I was a solo F20 customer, when I arrived at the hotel, I was directed to my room by a member of staff- when I went into the room it was uncleaned, bed was unmade, bathroom used and uncleaned. I made this known to staff who promptly (seemingly embarrassed) made the bed and replaced towels, although there was no hoovering/wiping surfaces down/cleaning toilet or shower facilities. I went out for the evening and arrived back at around 1AM, to which I found water leaking through the ceiling of the bathroom, and a puddle all over the floor. As this was a self check in property I couldn’t request a room change (not that I felt like staying anyway) and decided to go home that night/morning. I booked through booking.com and raised a complaint two days after my stay requesting a refund to which the property declined and booking.com said they would look into it . I rang up customer services agian today (2 weeks later) as I had had no response and they spoke to the property who said no complaint had been made and they would not refund me. I am appalled at the quality of the property as I paid (£77) for a room that was utterly unusable. Do not book this hotel unless you are desperate and don’t mind uncleanliness/unsafe structures.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Damp and dirty Absolutely awful rooms. I get some times basic is basic. But that should still be clean and comfortable. Don't be foold by the clean online pictures. The room smelt damp and musty. The floor was wet and as you can see from the photos so old and stained and dirty. The junction between the wall and roof had paint flaking off, damp and the joist below felt spongy. Im sure there must be a policy where a room is in disrepair you cant let it out. I was here on business so stuck here for the night unfortunately. I asked to be moved rooms but was informed they were full. I showed the staff picture of the crumbling wall and there was very little empathy. AVOID this PLACE 91£ it cost. So definitely not worth the value. Its criminal they can get away with such poor standards. This room was not en suite either to add to the woes.
