The Deal

Designed for newcomers to the field, as well as existing therapists looking to expand their skills, this Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) course looks to impart knowledge on various areas of the discipline. Focusing on talking about how states of mind have an impact on behaviour, CBT looks to help identify and understand thought patterns, as well as provide insight into how to manipulate those patterns to try and change feelings on different areas. The course aims to get participants to meet the National Occupational Standard for Counselling in order to work in CBT.
