  • Validity: Valid only on the date and time specified on your Groupon. Time slots available throughout the day.
  • Purchase: Limit 1 per person. May purchase up to 9 additional as gifts.
  • Booking & Redemption: Booking required. Present printed Groupon on arrival. No cancellations. Licensed and produced in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences, Rail Events Inc., and Plus Live Events.

How to Redeem Your Groupon Tickets

  1. Open the booking page: Click here to open
  2. Click "Get Tickets".
  3. Enter your Groupon code in the "Access Key or Discount Code" box and click "Apply". You should see "Ticket Unlocked".
  4. Select the date and time that matches your Groupon purchase.
  5. Select the ticket option that shows "Groupon – Free" and choose your quantity.
  6. Click "Continue" to complete your booking.

If the event is cancelled due to an event outside of the merchant's control (including any recommendations from the Ministry of Health), Groupon will reimburse you the money you have paid for the voucher. If the event is postponed Groupon will only reimburse you if you request a refund.

Soo magical, you feel like your part of the film with the interaction from all the actors. Santa's workshop and post room was an added bonus we all loved it.
