⌚ Valid days and hours: Mon-Fri term time 9.30am, 11.30am and 1.30pm sessions. Sat-Sun (and Mon-Fri during school holidays) 4pm and 5pm sessions. Party package valid Sat-Thu 3pm, 4pm and 5pm.

✘ Restrictions: Under 12s must be accompanied by adult. Max weight 19 stone. All sales final. Flip Out grip socks must be worn, these can be purchased in store for £3 per pair. About Flip Out Portsmouth
Flip Out Portsmouth is a trampoline park located a short distance from the Portsmouth Marriott Hotel. The park features 87 trampolines with two wall runners, four Olympic trampolines and two foam pits. They offer a range of activities including fitness jumping, after dark and ninja club. It is available for parties of all ages and school trips. Other facilities include a cafe, kids arena, party and conference rooms, baby changing area and a large car park.
