Foodies Festival
Tatton Park hosts a weekend of gastronomic delights as the Foodies Festival comes to town. The chefs’ theatre houses demonstrations and talks from personalities such as MasterChef winner Tim Anderson and Coronation Street star and cheese expert Sean Wilson. Masterclasses cover oyster shucking, beekeeping and foraging. Fine tipples are served at craft beer and wine and champagne bars. Pop-up restaurants serve regional food and drink while the street food market offers flavours from around the world. Children’s workshops provide youngsters an entertaining introduction to cooking at the children’s cookery theatre.
Visitors (usually up to £17) can stay clued up with a handy show guide. Guests may alternatively opt for VIP tickets (usually up to £38) to receive entry to the VIP lounge, a glass of bubbly on arrival, a goody bag and complimentary refreshments.
