Is been an odd experience and still trying to get my head around it. Booked and payed for a 120 minutes experience, booked went to the appointment all okay, I payed for 120 minutes experience, lady knew as she saw the voucher and she even tried to sell me more treatments , after 45 minutes she said we done. I was a bit surprised as I tho bought maybe the 45 minutes one but I put my coat on and left on the stairs I looked at my voucher again and I saw again it was a 120 minutes appointment I payed for and only had 45 minutes appointment done. I did say to the lady that I payed for a 120 minutes appointment and she acted like she didn’t know what Groupon did , I thought that was not real as she tried to sell me more appointments as the one I payed , otherwise who would go for a 45 minutes facial that Costs 195£! Anyway she said she’ll look at it and come back to me , never got anything back from her. I didn’t mind the 45 minutes one as long as I would’ve payed for the 45 minutes one, but I payed for 120 mi so that is just not right. I have made a case with Groupon and my bank as I haven’t received what I payed and I want my refund from the 45 minutes experience to 120 one as there are different prices. I don’t recommend this place due to this situation, made me feel very disappointed and confused. Felt she took advantage and didn’t care about what I payed. If you do offers at cheaper prices you should do them. If you don’t want to have offers at cheaper prices then do not do them on Groupon!

To clarify for transparency: this treatment is a 45-minute SkinStorm facial, which is clearly defined in our standard service protocol and normally retails at a premium price point. Unfortunately, Groupon independently listed the experience as 120 minutes without our authorisation, which we were not made aware of until after this appointment. This error has since been corrected to prevent any future confusion, and Groupon has fully refunded you, despite the treatment being delivered in full as designed. At no point was there any intention to mislead or “take advantage.” We operate a luxury clinic, not a discount-led business, and all treatments are performed to professional standards regardless of the platform used to book. We regret that this situation caused frustration; however, once the listing error was identified, it was handled appropriately and resolved via Groupon. For this reason, we feel the accusation that we “didn’t care” is inaccurate. We wish you the best with your future skincare journey. — Glowdemic
