A Greenwich G&T will be waiting for you on arrival before your guide covers a brief history of gin, distillation methods and flavour profiles. You will then discover a range of flavours by sampling various pure botanical distillates and select the ones you will use as ingredients for blending your personalized recipe. After crafting your own gin, you will be able to enjoy it in a G&T as well as in a bottle to take home which you will fill, label, name and seal.
