Seems like some sort of scam !.Person took the code before.the treatment .After confirming the appointment suddenly said the appointment has been taken .please don't trust this person .you live and learn

Response: business has been trading for 20 years and working with groupon for over 15 years, groupon do not promote scams, The groupon security code is rightly taken immediately to ensure the voucher validity to protect the merchant against fraud. Appointment procedure is where appointment is agreed by both parties then apointment confirmation message is sent confirming appointment time, treatment, location, address , policies and procedures, cancellation policy. None of this happened no message sent because no appointment was made or agreed. Client wanted a refund because 12pm was not available and the 10am, 12:30 & 1:30pm appointment alternative appointment offered on the same day were not suitable. Voucher was valid for 6 months to redeem, because client had redeemed voucher client could’ve came at any other time in time in the preceeding 12 months to have the treatment, as it is company policy to honour any treatment for 12 months after voucher redemption. Client was refunded by groupon for voucher. We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide fair and transparent service. However, we respectfully refute any suggestion that this situation was a “scam.” Our actions followed Groupon’s guidelines and our established business policies, all designed to protect both our clients and our business.
