The staff was lovely and enjoyed the animals talks. Thr coffee and toasties were tasty and reasonably priced. The little monkeys are adorable and such fun to observe them. Only reason for the 4 stars is some of the facilities could do with a face lift. E.g. doors to the coffee/gift shop don't close properly, Which in the winter ain't so great ..
