- Your digital adoption pack will be emailed to you within 10 days of your visit to the zoo.
- Not valid from Monday 22nd December to Friday 2nd January and 16th February till 20th February.
- Open 7 days a week, 10am to 4pm, last entry 3pm.
- Closed Christmas and Boxing Day.
- Vouchers valid 3 months after purchase. Limit 4 per person(s), may buy 4 additional as gift(s).
