Awful! Waste of money. Dried food, spoilt birthday. Afternoon tea is prepared at breakfast advised the staff and left waiting for guests. We arrived at 1pm and the fruit, cake and sandwiches were dried out. We raised to 4 different staff members - all advised they would “give feedback” but no other resolution offered. Boxed up to take away. Raised to Groupon who offered 10% discount of another booking - which does not change the fact we’ve paid for something we did not receive. Have escalated and awaiting a response.
