Very disappointing experience. After purchasing a voucher, I found it almost impossible to book. The provider kept offering dates I never agreed to and. This back-and-forth went on without resolution, and I lost all confidence that the service would be carried out properly. I would not recommend booking with this provider. I am not attempting to obtain my funds back after they redeemed the voucher, even though I had not gone for a treatment.
