Had a very poor experience with this. First the vendor seemed to not know their offer was on Groupon, I suggested to cancel and refund but they said they were doing it. Then they had problems finding my order on Groupon, eventually they did. We booked in, I had to keep asking to get booked in. I confirmed the week before, the session for the following Monday, everything was confirmed.
Come Monday no sign of the vendor, I was trying to contact them, no answers or response from them. Other staff at the studios tried to contact them on our behalf. We waited a while inside the very bare waiting area, having been let in by other staff onsite.
It was half an hour into our allocated session before I heard from the vendor, unwell and said they had sent a message at 5am that morning, I had no such message.
So my brother was disappointed, it was a birthday gift, the best thing about the morning was a coffee in a cafe over the road, and sharing the lovely bacon sandwich we got there, Kultur cafe I think it was.
Following the no show, I asked for refund, and we started again, the vendor not knowing how to do a refund. I did all the work myself to sort it out. Very poor, would not recommend at all!
