my face was not measured, she just went over what was there already (i did not like my old brow lines) and now stuck with them again for a long time, verry disapointing. the brows i came in with was absolutely ignored. (i purposely did my eyebrow make up before hand so artist knows what i want).

sorry you are unhappy with your treatment. I did communicate that because you already had previous semi permanent eyebrows which where still very visible that I could only go on over those and I wouldn’t have chosen this shape originally. You seemed fine with this and at no time did you suggest you wasn’t happy with the existing shape of your brows. If you had communicated better your requirements then I would have ignored the existing brow you came in with and started from scratch. My apologises for the lack of communication.
