Great experience, I had a RF gold microneedling treatment. My face was properly cleansed and lightly scrubbed before treatment, and finished with a nice cooling mask and serum. The lady also removed my blackheads which wasn't part of the treatment. She went above and beyond to ensure Great service. I'd definitely go back again for another treatment. Thank you so much.

Terrible experience — avoid this business. I booked through Groupon and emailed to arrange my appointment. They redeemed my voucher on the day of the booking, which already felt suspicious. When I arrived, I waited 15 minutes only to be told that no one was even there for my appointment and that I’d need to call and reschedule. A complete waste of time and absolutely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hello. Its was just misunderstanding. The Custommer didn't confirmed time and day. We suggested Monday 4.45 pm. But if we haven't confirmation. He thought its enough, we thought he will not come. It's usually practice. Everybody confirm usually. We apologised and ask anyway to reschedule, but he rejected. Nobody before was complain.
