I’m doing laser hair removal, the lady is professional and the place is clean
I've never had laser hair removal before but it has been a lovely experience so far. The staff are all really helpful and lovely, and the atmosphere is great. The process itself was quick and painless, and I was informed about the procedure and aftercare all the way through. Overall it has been amazing and I have already reccomended to family and friends!

Have only had 2 of my six sessions but already seeing results! It’s a nice and quick service , I like booking via email as I can’t always use my phone at work. Salon is clean and staff are friendly without being “too much”! Would definitely rec
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Some of the rudest and poorest customer service I have ever received. They took weeks to get back to me about a patch test, and when they finally did the slot was gone.
Eventually after much back and forth, I chose to cancel all appointments and get a refund. They told Groupon I had fully redeemed my voucher with them, only paypal were able to get me my money back.
They sent me rude and unprofessional emails and I wouldn't recommend them to a single soul. Please check google reviews before purchasing.
Would definitely recommend the London Body Centre. Never had this procedure before but they explained everything clearly. Always very polite, friendly and professional. It doesn’t take long and they deal with you very promptly which is great. Had 6 sessions but may need another one or two but I guess this will vary between different individuals. Already recommended to others who are keen to try it.
I'm going to have my treatment today. They have been so helpful in the run up to it with thorough health questions and appointment reminders which is great. I actually got covid so had to reschedule my initial appointment and they couldn't have been nicer with all the new appointment options.
They refused to give me the treatment based on nothing! I said I have a small heart murmur, just to ask for an advise as they made me sign a lot of paper. Even though I kept insisting is not a heart condition, they told me to comeback with a GP letter after traveling for 1h and a half! I only found out later I would have had to repay for the service I haven't received in the first place!! Plus they ask you to get your own numb cream and apply it before going there, never heard that before! I was really disappointed but fortunately Groupon refunded me!
