we finally booked to go to the spa after around a month of trying to arrange due to no answer, unfortunately on the day we were involved in a road traffic collision on the way there, we called to inform them asap and asked if we could re-book due the the circumstances, i offered to send in proof from the insurance once we could(as i no people will come up with all sorts of excuses to re book) no compassion at all and a blunt no you have lost your slot!!!
